Shipping policy

Elite Trainers Cards uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 as our standard shipping service.
Evri delivery to a ParcelShop (for customer collection) is also available at checkout. 
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.
Please note, all orders will be dispatched Monday - Friday only.

On some occasions there may be delays by the courier, please contact us by email if this happens and we will happily look into it for you. 
Elite Trainer Cards cannot be held responsible for courier delays. 
If your item is lost during shipping, please email us on [email protected] and we will arrange a refund or replacement item. 

Delivery is charged at £3.99 on all orders up to £40. 
Delivery is FREE for all orders over £40. 
Please note, Elite Trainer Cards has the right to change delivery costs. This will not affect any orders already placed.
